ISLAND PARTY

5:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Very casual, family friendly affair with light food and drinks. Bring your kids and come ready to dip your toes in the James! Bathing suits and river shoes = yes. Heels = no.

Please carpool, ride share, walk, bike or paddle. Extremely limited parking is available nearby. (https://maps.app.goo.gl/1eqjJB6RMoQ265v5A) Once you have arrived at the Floodwall Visitor parking lot (see above link), walk North toward the 14th St Bridge. As soon as you pass the flood wall, BEFORE you cross the bridge, there will be a sharp turn off to your left to walk down a paved path to the river. You will see boat shuttles picking guests up on the beach of "Floodwall Park," our official meeting spot. Or, if you have your own gear, feel free to paddle to the island! If you’d like a guaranteed seat, bring a blanket or a camp chair—otherwise, embrace the elements and make yourself at home in nature. Please be aware that the island is a natural landscape and therefore not ADA compliant. For those on the fence about this urban wilderness experience, don't worry, we'll catch you at the party on Saturday night! In case of rain or inclement weather, stay tuned for our backup option.

WEDDING RECEPTION

6:00 pm - 10:30 pm

Welcome to our post-ceremony celebration! Cocktail attire. We encourage bold colors, fun patterns and florals. Be yourself and don't be afraid to step outside the box! Come ready to dance. Pool will be open - swimsuits encouraged. All pool amenities provided. Kids are awesome, but this party is an adults-only celebration.

BACKYARD BAGELS

11:00 am - 1:00 pm

Stop by Preston & Ben's house for casual late morning coffee, fruit, bagels and spreads on the way out of town. Feel free to wear last night's outfit, your PJs, or anything you want. Choo & Doo are looking forward to meeting everyone.
