FAQs

The Wedding Website of Presley Reed and John Holland
To assist with your planning, we have compiled the following information. Please refer to the wedding website and FAQ first and reach out if you have any additional questions.
Question

When should I arrive?

Answer

We kindly ask that guests arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony. This ensures everyone has ample time to find their seats and get settled before the ceremony begins at 4pm.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is Garden Party Formal. The ceremony and reception will be held entirely outdoors, with much of the evening spent on a grass lawn, so we recommend choosing footwear suitable for such. We encourage a palette of spring and summer pastels. While staying on palette is not required, fun colors, patterns, and unique textures are welcome. - Dresses and sets: We request length to be mid to floor length. Slightly above the knee is fine (no mini dresses, please). Feel free to play with sets, cut-outs, etc as long as the length remains formal. - Suits: Suits in black, light tones, or colors are all welcome. For an extra garden flair, floral shirts or ties win bonus points. - Exclusions: We kindly ask that guests avoid denim, cowboy boots, and any shades of white, ivory, beige, or cream. For examples of what to wear for the dress code, feel free to check out the following Pinterest board: https://pin.it/4b4Yjkq8o

Question

Are children invited?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. We hope you will join us for a night of relaxation and celebration.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to venue capacity, we can only accommodate guests formally listed on your wedding invitation according to the number of seats reserved in your honor. Please note that our venue requires a formal guest list for entry; we will be unable to accommodate any guests not listed on the original invitation. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating with our closest friends and family.

Question

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We have opted for an "unplugged" ceremony. We kindly ask that all phones and cameras be put away so that you can be fully present with us. We've invested in an incredible photographer, Morgan, to capture every detail, and we'd love for our professional photos to be filled with your faces rather than devices. We promise to share the entire gallery with you as soon as the photos are ready!

Question

Will there be a bar?

Answer

A cash bar will be available for the evening from cocktail hour until send-off.

Question

Is parking available at the venue.

Answer

Yes, there is complimentary estate parking. There is a lot that accommodates 50 cars as well as a grass overflow lot.

Question

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

We kindly request your response by April 1st, 2027.
