Absolutely not! I will be going through many colors of the rainbow myself, so if you're trying not to match me, it would be a difficult feat. Indian weddings are super bright and colorful, so at least for the wedding ceremony I would avoid anything too dark (but again an incredibly loose recommendation). You can never be too overdressed for an Indian wedding!
We will have signage at the temple to clearly indicate where you must take your shoes off, but you'll be able to wear them for the most part.
No, this is not The Cheetah Girls, this is real life. Also elephants are NOT a creature of burden and many elephants that are forced to give rides have spinal problems and wounds on there back as a result of the practice. This is a PSA to end elephant riding
Probably not! Does anyone really know what's going on at all times? We will have pamphlets during the wedding ceremony to describe the different parts of it, but if all else fails feel free to ask someone from Prerana's family. The bottom line for all Indian weddings is to celebrate with friends and family, as long as you're doing that, you'll be the perfect guest!
