Although a bit of a travel from Nagpur, in the city of Aurangabad, you find this place no where else in the world to be found, huge rock cut cave temples. The Ellora Caves are a UNESCO World Heritage Site and is one of the largest rock-cut cave complexes in the world, with artwork dating from AD 600–1000, including Hindu, Buddhist, and Jain caves.
Nagpur is known as the tiger capital of India and one of the reasons is the Pench National Park; home of the Royal bengal tiger,. Fun Fact: The Jungle Book by Rudyard Kipling was inspired in Pench. Similarly, there are many reserves around Nagpur, like Tadoba-Andhari Tiger Reserve, Umred Pauni Wildlife Sanctuary and Bor Wildlife Sanctuary.
