Sleeping Bear Dunes

Arcadia Bluffs Golf Club
The Bluffs Course resembles a seaside links course with views of Lake Michigan. The South Course is a tribute to a bygone era in golf course design that few have experienced.
The Garden Theater
Located on the corner of Main Street in downtown Frankfort, mere blocks from idyllic Lake Michigan, The Garden Theater has served its community since it opened its doors in 1924. The theater has been in continuous operation, bringing arts and culture to Benzie County and beyond, for nearly a century. The Garden Theater is the proud home to the Frankfort Film Festival, Frankfort 48 Film Contest, the annual Holiday Gala at The Garden, the Live at The Garden Summer Concert Series, and so much more.
Elizabeth Lane Oliver Center for the Arts
Oliver Art Center hosts approximately 10 exhibitions annually, including special exhibitions. Featured artist shows in summer months bring artists from across the country, along with fresh ideas, inspiration, and connections for local artists. A wide variety of events are free to the public, year-round. These include exhibition opening receptions, artist talks, open house events with hands-on activities and compelling discussions.
Point Betsie Lighthouse
Point Betsie Lighthouse is located on the beautiful Lake Michigan shoreline south of the Sleeping Bear Dunes and north of Frankfort, Michigan. Explore this beautifully maintained lighthouse that has been operational since 1858. Come for the beautiful sunset views, and stay for the rich history and beautiful beach!
Kilwins Frankfort
Strolling down Main Street, one can smell hand-crafted Waffle Cones, Mackinac Island style Fudge, Caramel Corn, and Brittle being made fresh from Kilwins. They feature handmade chocolates, confections, and their original recipe ice cream that is second to none. Looking though their large front windows, you can see the art of old fashioned fudge-making and confectioning. There is something here for everyone, even sugar free chocolates and caramel corn!
