Please be aware that our ceremony will require a short shuttle ride from the conference center (located outside the Kinlochen restaurant; you will find a map on our "Schedule" page). Additionally, there will be a short, yet scenic, walk through the Art Park to arrive in the amphitheater. Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4 pm, so please arrive 15-30 minutes early to make the short walk to the ceremony, find your seats, and connect with loved ones!
Formal Attire: Our special day will be held outside in the wooded Art Park and Amphitheater. Though the trees will offer some coverage, please dress for the weather, which may include wind, rain, or shine! Our colors are sage, silver, and dusty blue if you would like to enjoy matching our wedding parties. Please remember sturdy shoes for the short, yet scenic, walk through the Art Park to the amphitheater!
Unfortunately, due to space limitations, we simply can’t invite all of our lovely guests to bring a guest of their own. Therefore, we regretfully ask our guests to please not bring a plus one, unless they are specifically named on the invitation. Thank you so much for understanding!

Yes! A shuttle at the Kinlochen will relay guests to the ceremony space every 10 minutes, and a golf cart will be available for guests who may have trouble navigating the short walking path to the ceremony.
