What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4 pm. Please arrive early enough to find your seat and connect with loved ones!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Formal Attire: Our special day will be held outside in the wooded Art Park and Amphitheater. Though the trees will offer some coverage, please dress for the weather, which may include wind, rain, or shine! Our colors are sage, silver, and dusty blue if you would like to enjoy matching our wedding parties. Please remember sturdy shoes for the short, yet scenic, walk through the Art Park to the amphitheater!

Can I bring a plus-one?

Unfortunately, due to space limitations, we simply can’t invite all of our lovely guests to bring a guest of their own. Therefore, we regretfully ask our guests to please not bring a plus one, unless they are specifically named on the invitation. Thank you so much for understanding!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

While the resort does not blocks hotel rooms, guests who book their rooms at Crystal Mountain will receive a 10% discount code when you use our code: 46O9H1

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! Parking is available in the general lot of the resort. A shuttle will relay guests to the ceremony space, and a golf cart will be available for guests who may have trouble navigating the short walking path to the ceremony.

What should I expect in terms of accessibility, terrain, and walking?

Answer

Please be aware that our ceremony will require a short shuttle ride from the conference center (located next to the main check-in building). Additionally, there will be a short, yet scenic, walk through the Art Park to arrive in the amphitheater. Please wear comfortable, sturdy shoes and be prepared for the weather! Additionally, a golf cart attendant will help guests with difficulties walking the path arrive at the ceremony.
