Yes!! We are so happy to be offering a Zoom option for family and friends not able to be in attendance due to the limited number of people allowed at the venue. Just head over to the 'Schedule' page where you can click on 'Go to Virtual Event' and be taken to where it will be streamed. We just ask that you follow the guidelines of 1) Staying muted during the event to not interrupt 2) Avoid sharing your screen 3) Keeping your chat uplifting and family friendly 4) Have a great time. Dress code is casual, we don't expect or ask you to dress up. We'll do our best to have connection strong and audio smooth. It's technology though - so who knows!? Remember to stick around after the wedding for a 15 minute interaction with the bride and groom exclusively for our Zoom guests!
Absolutely! Same place, same date, same couple. However, due to health risks and local mandates we are having to reduce the number of in-person guests very significantly. For those of you who received an RSVP with information regarding our digital event we hope you can join us for our special day from the comfort and safety of your own home. If for some reason things change between now and the wedding day, we will reach out to you regarding the new openings in our in-person guest list. For now, we thank you for your support and we hope we get the chance to celebrate with you in-person in the future.
We are making every effort to keep the wedding and reception safe by keeping parties/families together and maintaining social distance among guests that are not in the same family group. Meals and desserts will be served to tables. We will have hand sanitizer and extra disposable masks available throughout the venue. We plan to be as safe and considerate as possible.
We do encourage our guests to wear masks. However, the venue welcomes mask free attendance in our private room during our wedding and reception. We want you to do what makes your feel the most comfortable. In any public space of the hotel however, such as lobby, restrooms, and elevators - masks will be required.
