What will I need to travel to Mexico?
Answer
A valid US passport book is required for all travelers, regardless of age. Many countries require passports to be valid for at least 6 months after you return home. For more information regarding passports and entry requirements, please visit www.Travel.State.Gov.
Question
How do I get to the resort?
Answer
We have reserved roundtrip airport transfers for all of our guests so everyone can easily get to and from the airport and the resort upon arrival and departure. To confirm transportation after you complete your booking, our travel destination coordinator will send you an email so you can submit your flight itinerary via the Flight Link. Your flight itinerary must be submitted via the Flight Link by April 10, 2025 to allow our travel destination specialist enough time to confirm transportation services for you. Beyond this deadline, you will be asked to arrange your own transportation. The transfers included will pick you up at the airport on the day you are checking in at the resort, and it will bring you back to the airport on the day you are checking out.
Question
What are the difference between the 3 resorts?
Answer
All three all-inclusive resorts are in the same gated area and merge into each other--there are no barriers between them, and there is no access to them from any other resort. There are shuttles that go between various stops of each of the hotels that come around every 10 minutes. It takes around 25 to 30 minutes to go from one end of the resort to the other by foot, though by shuttle, it should take about 5-7 minutes. As for booking, each resort has its benefits and is priced differently, so it's up to you! The Generations resort is the only resort that allows for children (anyone under the age of 18), so if you are bringing your little ones, you must book at Generations. With or without children, this is a lovely option! The Casitas are blocks of rooms that surround a single pool. Our room block contains a handful of them, and they are stunning. Please note: rooms here only include 1 King-sized bed. The Royale rooms come at a very attractive price point and where we have the majority of our room block. These rooms have everything you need. All in all, there is no way to go wrong at this property in beautiful Mexico! The choice is yours!

What if I need to make a revision to my reservation/room booking?
Answer
We understand that you may need to modify your reservation after your room is booked. For this reason, our travel agency has the following guidelines: Guests are welcome to make one revision to their reservation at no cost, as long as it is completed prior to the final payment date (1/30/25). Resort Booking Website: https://www.romancetravelgroup.com/courtneyandkyle.html#:~:text=Resort%20%26%20Room%20Details Per the travel agency guidelines: Any additional revisions (beyond the first one) will incur a $50 revision fee. Revision fees are non-refundable and must be paid at the time of the revision. Revisions include a change of travel date (but still must be traveling over the wedding date), room occupancy, name, or room category. Revisions are subject to current hotel availability and rates. The room block closes 45 days before travel. Revisions are not allowed after the room block is closed. Your presence at our destination wedding is the greatest gift we could ever ask for. We are overjoyed to celebrate our wedding with people we love, and your company means the world to us. We understand that coming to celebrate requires a lot of time and resources for our guests, and for this reason, we want to emphasize that gifts are not expected. For those who still wish to give a gift, we've set up a home renovation fund for the home we recently purchased in February 2025. Please know, your love, well wishes, and coming to celebrate with us in Mexico are all that we truly desire. We can't wait to celebrate and create wonderful memories with you all.
