We love spending summer days at the Willamette River. Crystal Lake Park and Willamette Landing both have access to the river. Willamette Tides has river rentals and a shuttle.
We love going to baseball games here! The Corvallis Knights use OSU's stadium for their summer league, but they will be playing away this weekend. They do have games on the 11th and the 15th, though.
One of our favorite places in the area for hiking and mountain biking! There are miles and miles of trails.
A day hike - the tallest peak in the Coast Range! Beautiful views all around. On a clear day you can sometimes see the ocean! This is a very special place to us, as this is where Jeff asked Alyssa to marry him. There is a beautiful view of Mary's Peak from the wedding venue.
The Philomath Frolic & Rodeo is a family friendly event near our venue! The rodeo takes place on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. See their website for a full itinerary.
Another hike that we love in Corvallis. You can access it from the Benton County Fairgrounds or from Oak Creek Drive.
The market takes place on the riverfront in downtown Corvallis on Saturdays from 9am-1pm.
Alsea Falls is a recreation area and campground in Alsea, towards the coast. There are endless trails for hiking and mountain biking.
Newport is the closest town to Corvallis on the coast. It is about an hour's drive. Things to do in Newport include crabbing, walking on the beach, going to the aquarium, and visiting the bayfront.
