We're getting married!

Jeff took Alyssa on a hike up Mary's Peak. At the top, he bent down to get something out of his backpack and came back up on one knee with a ring box in his hand. He made a short and sweet speech, and then asked the question. Alyssa of course said yes and they popped the champagne that Jeff brought, spread out a blanket, and toasted to their engagement. Indy and Scout even helped toast the exciting news with their own dog beer. Jeff had prepared a secret plan for after, so they rushed down the trails and headed to Ankeny Winery, where all their parents were waiting to help them celebrate. It was a beautiful day. We can't wait to share our next beautiful day with you!
