If you are looking for an easy hike (walk) in the desert, it doesn't get more desert than Papago Park. For all our hiking friends, this is not a vertical hike, more of a walk through a beautiful park. Those looking for a more challenging hike, check out the next recommendation, Camelback Mountain.
This is not a beginner hike, but from the very top you have a 360 degree view of Phoenix . You have to climb big rocks, pull yourself up a steep incline at one point, its about 2.5 miles out and back of straight incline of about 1,500 feet. We LOVE this hike for a good work out, but it wipes us out for the rest of the day! If you choose to do this hike, have fun, and BE SAFE!
It may be the end of the Spring Training Season, but if there happens to be any spring training games while you're here in Phoenix, its a good time to get outside and enjoy the sun!
The Biltmore has a beautiful course that is a great experience. Apparently everyone in Arizona golfs, and this is the place to do it. So regardless of what course you find in Phoenix, you can't go wrong. Text James if you want any other course recommendations!
