While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us!
We’re so excited to celebrate this day with our nearest and dearest. As such, our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.
We have created a room block at the W Hotel in downtown Seattle. To take advantage of the room rate, please reserve your room(s) prior to June 22nd. You can find a link or the hotel phone number on the 'Travel' tab of our website.
The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal attire. This looks like cocktail dresses, long gowns, suit and tie or pants and sports jacket.
Please arrive at the venue at 5:30PM to enjoy a glass of bubbly and find a seat prior to the ceremony start at 6PM.
A shuttle will be provided to take guests to the venue and will leave from the W Hotel at 5:00PM. A similar shuttle will be available to take guests back to the W Hotel and it will run from 10PM to 1AM.
Yes, there is parking at The Foundry, directly in front of the entrance, under the overpass. However, we encourage our guests to use the provided shuttle or get a cab / rideshare to ensure everyone's safety. If you do decide to drive, we recommend not leaving your car overnight.
Yes, we encourage guests to post pictures on to their social media channels. We do request you keep your phones down during the ceremony so we can capture of your smiling faces in our professional pictures. Other than that, our only other ask is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #erinhitthejakepot so we can see them all!
All guests are also invited to a farewell brunch the next morning. Please RSVP for this along with the wedding itself so we know how many seats are needed and how much food to provide.
