Please wear comfortable shoes and avoid heels unless you really want to. Temperature Daily high temperatures around 75°F, rarely falling below 68°F or exceeding 88°F. Daily low temperatures around 57°F, rarely falling below 53°F or exceeding 63°F. Shade will be available, with full shade around 4-5pm. Mosquitos The ceremony will be held next to a seasonal wetland (dry in August) and the site is very wooded. Mosquito deterrent will be provided in various forms.
Yes! The ceremony and reception will be held at our house. Parking is available on the street and in our neighbor's driveway. Please let Laura know if you plan to drive so we can have an idea of how many vehicles to plan for. Transportation will be offered to those staying on the Island at a hotel or rental home, or arriving by ferry. Please let Laura know if you would like transportation, where you are staying, and who you are staying with. Transportation will pick up between 3-3:30pm and drop off between 10-11pm.
The ceremony will begin around 4:15pm. Please plan to arrive as early as 3pm and no later than 4pm. Transportation will be timed to bring guests to our house between 3-4pm.
