This hotel's facade recently got a face lift, but rooms are older. Best views of the lake. It’s a three blocks further from downtown than the options above, downtown, but still easy to get to the action - $$

They give you a warm cookie when you check in, which is obviously the most important part. Big hotel with a pool and shuttle service — super convenient if you're rolling in from the airport. But farther from downtown - $
