WHAT IS A SOFT RSVP?

Answer

We have limited seating and due to the wedding being out-of-state for guest, we understand if you are not able to make the trip. We do want to make sure that if you are not able to make the trip that we are able to invite more friends to fill your spot!

CAN I BRING A GUEST?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guest formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you receive a plus one they will appear under your name on the RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

WILL THE WEDDING TAKE PLACE INDOOR OR OUTDOORS?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be indoors. Cocktail hour will be indoor and outdoor!

CAN I TAKE PICTURES?

Answer

We are having an “unplugged ceremony” (no phones or cameras). We want everyone to be fully present when we say “I do”. We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and we promise to share all photos and videos as soon as we have them!

WHY IS MY INVITE ONLY FOR THE RECEPTION?

Answer

We are having a smaller ceremony with family and close friends. We are having it in our dream chapel and it has very limited seating. We still want you to be apart of our big day, so we would LOVE for you to come celebrate at the reception with us. We hope you can understand!

WHEN IS THE RSVP DEADLINE?

Answer

Soft RSVP from save the dates is due by Nov. 20th Hard deadline for regular RSVP from the invitations will be due March 1 If you do not RSVP by March 1 we will assume that you’re unable to attend, we will be having a seating chart at the reception so the sooner you RSVP the better!

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! The official dress is semi-formal required, formal preferred.

WHERE CAN WE STAY IF WE ARE OUT OF TOWN?

Answer

I encourage you to check Airbnb, but there are also many hotels in Bentonville which is around twenty minutes from the venue!

Question

What time should I arrive if my invite includes the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4:30 p.m. but the church will open for guest to start being seated around 4 p.m.
