The Raising of The Tent

VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITY: We have a 20 ft x 40 ft event tent that we could really use your help setting up! If you're in the area and don't have any plans for Friday afternoon -- we would be forever grateful if you could stop by the wedding venue. We were told by the previous tent owners that "three guys with beers in their hands set it up in two hours." We're hoping that many more hands will make lighter work so we have plenty of time to get ready for our rehearsal dinner!

The Swain Shuttle - Gauging Interest

3:00 pm - 10:15 pm

PLEASE ONLY RSVP HERE IF YOU ARE A "YES" TO THE SHUTTLE We are looking at the possibility of having a shuttle pick up and drop off wedding guests in Loveland. First, we must gauge interest. Shuttle would depart Loveland at 3:00 PM and leave the wedding venue at 10:15 PM Drop Off and Pickup Location QUALITY INN & SUITES HOTEL 1500 N Cheyenne Avenue Loveland, CO 80538

Farewell Hang Out at Alli & John’s House

Unwind from the event festivities at Alli & John’s place, hang out in their garden, and enjoy some snacks before heading to the airport.
