We couldn't think of a better way to ring in our wedding year than with family and friends around us! For those who will be in town, join us to kick off our wedding week with a fun and memorable New Year's Eve celebration at the Ratoath GAA (the same place we're having our after-party on January 4). Can't wait!

THE CEREMONY

St. Fechin's Church (pronounced "Feh-hin") is a particularly special place for us to celebrate our wedding. Lorcan's grandfather, Fred, helped build the stone wall surrounding the church and is now laid to rest on the grounds along with Lorcan's grandmother, Nora. It is also the church where Lorcan's parents, Declan and Tina, were married in September 1983. If searching for the church online, results for 'Fore Abbey' will likely come up. St. Fechin's Church is directly up the street from Fore Abbey and closer to the center of the village. Post-Ceremony: Feel free to explore this beautiful area (weather permitting) before heading to the reception. Take a stroll down to Fore Abbey or head up the road for a pint at the local pub. Clonabreany House is about 20 minutes away.
THE PARTY

Cocktail Attire: Cocktail dresses and the like for ladies (dressy jumpsuits approved!), and suit jackets and slacks for gents. Whatever you choose, keep it mind it will be cold!
A full cash bar will be available for your enjoyment. Please note that only cash (Euro) may be used for payment, as tabs are not standard practice here. Since the venue is unable to process credit cards, and ATMs are scarce/non-existent in the area, we encourage you to plan ahead before the day begins. Thank you!

THE AFTERS

Casual Attire: Come as you are!
Join us to celebrate the last wedding event of the week with family and friends. A buffet dinner will be provided with cash bar on-site. Look forward to music, dancing, and some good overall craic. Come as dressed-up or dressed-down as you want. No judgement. The Ratoath GAA is where Lorcan grew up playing sports and was one of his first jobs manning the bar. Ample parking on-site.
