When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by September 15th, 2025. If we do not receive your RSVP by then, we will miss celebrating with you but we must provide our vendors with a final guest count at that time. Thank you!

May I bring a guest?

Answer

The guests included in your party will be listed on your invitation.

Are children invited?

Answer

Yes, any children invited will be included in your group, listed on your invitation.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive at 4 pm, allowing yourself enough time to park and find a seat before the ceremony begins at 4:30 pm.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Yes, transportation will be provided via shuttle between the venue and Holiday Inn Express & Suites listed under the Travel section of our website.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Please dress in formal wear. You may want to bring a jacket, as the ceremony will be outdoors and November weather in Virginia ranges between 30-60 degrees. The ceremony will be held out on the lawn so please keep this in mind when selecting footwear. The reception will be held in a large outdoor tent with sides, heated with a stone/patio floor.
