Shuttle Service

3:15 pm - 10:00 pm

Please dress in formal wedding attire.

A shuttle service (Easy Riders Bus Co.) will be available from the hotel, Holiday Inn Express & Suites Charlottesville - Ruckersville, to the wedding venue. Buses will run to and from the venue throughout the evening. Buses will leave at approximately 3:15/3:30 PM from the hotel to the venue. Seating for the ceremony will begin at 4 PM and the ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM. We would love an idea of how many to expect for the shuttle service to confirm how many buses we will need. However, the shuttle service is a requirement of our venue due to the dark and curvy backroad that the venue is on and we encourage our guests to take advantage of it. Travel safely!
