Yes! The venue has a bar available for the evening. There will be beer, seltzers, wine, cocktails, pop and lemonade. The bar accepts cash or card. Only beverages from the venue are allowed, please do not bring your own beverages to the reception.
Please let us know if you can attend, by filling out the online RSVP form, before September 15th. The discounted hotel rate & block expire on September 15th as well.
There will be gluten free options available for dinner. If you have other dietary restrictions that we can accommodate, please let us know in your RSVP.
Absolutely! If your kids have been invited we would love it if they are able to enjoy the evening with us, for however long you would like! You will know if your kids are invited if their names were listed on the mailing label with your invitation and if their names appear along with yours when you search for yourself on the RSVP.
The evening will take place mainly indoors. Weather dependent, there will be an outdoor patio space to gather, for those that would like to enjoy.
The three hotels we recommend (and we have a block of rooms at!) are all within a few blocks of the event center, so we won't be providing a shuttle for the evening. Take a look at the three hotel options to see which may be the best fit for your stay!
Choose which of the three choices you want to book at, call that hotel directly, let them know you are with the Jeppesen/Poppenhagen wedding and they'll get you set up! The block and rate expires one month before the wedding.
