How do I get there?

Answer

Follow your GPS to 410 Buttonwood Beach Rd, Earleville, MD. From Crystal Beach Road, turn right at the shuttered restaurant (Archway Inn). Take the first right towards Buttonwood Beach RV Resort. You will follow this road to a gatehouse with an automated gate. The code for the gate is 14567# or B (the # sticker sometimes falls off, it’s the lower right-hand button). Proceed straight through the RV park towards the silo at the end of the road. There will be an open chain link gate at the top of the hill. Proceed through the gate and follow signs to the parking area and ceremony.

When should I RSVP by?

We would like a response by August 1st.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The Ceremony will begin at 3:30pm. Please plan to arrive earlier to park and be seated.

What should I wear?

Answer

The dress code for the wedding and reception is cocktail attire. The ceremony and reception will be on grass, so please plan footwear accordingly.

How do I get to Arnold Point Farm?

Answer

Arnold Point Farm is located at 410 Buttonwood Beach Road Earleville, MD 21919. You will arrive at a gate house, the gate will be open. Drive straight through and all the way through the Buttonwood Beach RV resort. At the far end, you will see signage for wedding parking.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes there is parking onsite. If you prefer not to drive there will be a shuttle to and from the wedding hotel.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, there will be a shuttle from the recommended hotels. Please see the travel page for more details.

Are the ceremony and reception in the same location?

Answer

Just a short walk from each other. Once you arrive, there will be directional signage to help you navigate from the ceremony to the cocktail hour to the reception.

Is everyone invited to the welcome party on Friday?

Answer

Yes! We would love to see you all there. It will be a casual drop in party with food and drinks, so come hungry. For location information, see the schedule page.
