Out of an abundance of caution for our family and friends, we have made the difficult decision to postpone our wedding to April 23, 2022. We never expected that 2020 would bring such events, but we know that no matter when we get married, it will be one of the best days of our lives. We can't wait to celebrate with you, and dance the night away!
We met as co-workers, both dedicated to growing our careers at Life Time. We all know Marc has a heart of gold, so all the hints of him being into me went right over my head! Little did I know, as I was busting my butt delivering Hot Dogs at the Florham Park pool deck on opening weekend, he was falling in love. After finding each other's online dating profiles, we realized we had a lot more in common than we thought. However, Marc was just starting his new role as Sales Manager, and that meant many early mornings with no coffee! After letting him know that he can be an @$$hole in the mornings at times, he asked me out. Most of our first dates involved sports... watching the Red Sox playoff game at Thirsty Turtle (you know a Yankees fan must be into a girl when he sits through a Red Sox game), cheering for the Rangers at Just Jakes and Rockaway River Barn, and attending the JETS open practice. Fast forward almost 4 years later, Marc started his proposal (at a JETS game!) by saying "I loved you from the moment you called me an @$$hole..." Little did we know, that moment would turn into a 'Life Time' of love together. ...& our love story continues. We are so excited to have welcomed our baby girl into the world, Aprile Vittoria Polombo. When we made the difficult decision to postpone our wedding, we did not want COVID to push back our plans to start our family. Not only do we get to celebrate our love with family and friends, we get to have our baby girl celebrate with us!
