Will Bean be attending?

Unfortunately no, but he'll be there in spirit!

Is there a hotel block?
Answer
Yes! We have rooms blocked at the Hyatt Regency Long Island in Hauppauge. Booking information can be found under the Travel tab on our website.
Question
Is there transportation to and from the hotel and venue?
Answer
Yes! We will have a shuttle running from the hotel to the venue. More info to come!
Question
What time should I arrive at the venue?
Answer
Our ceremony will start promptly at 7 pm. Guests can arrive to the venue between 6:30 and 7.

Is there parking at the venue?
Answer
Yes, parking is available on-site should you choose to drive to the venue.
Question
Will we be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Weather-permitting, the ceremony will be held outside in the garden and cocktail hour seating will be available inside and on the patio. The reception will be held indoors.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
Absolutely! We are not strangers to food allergies- please let us know when you RSVP if you have any special dietary requirements.

Are children invited?
Answer
As much as we love everyone’s little ones, this is going to be an adult-only affair. We know a lot of our friends and family will be traveling from out of state and may need childcare recommendations- reach out to Liz, she’s putting together a list of local sitters!

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
Our venue has limited capacity so we will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.
