Wine in the Hill Country! Fredericksburg is one of our favorite places to visit when we are home! It is outside of San Antonio and worth the drive if you love a cute town and wine! Don't miss out on Luckenback, Tx which is 15 minutes from Fredericksburg. Luckenbach is home to a historic dance hall still in use every weekend, live music daily, a general store and a bar. Make sure to look at their schedule before you go! The average drive time to Fredericksburg is 1 hour and 30 minutes.
