Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Kindly RSVP by August 20th so that we can have an accurate headcount for the venue and catering. You can RSVP on our website or directly to the couple if you have difficulty. If we haven't received your RSVP by the specified date we will assume you are not coming and will mark you down as 'not attending'. Thank you!

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift of all! If you'd like to contribute, we've set up a special fund to help us create a beautiful home . If you would like to purchase a gift, we have selected things we need or would like to have. These items are listed on the registry tab along with our home fund. Thank you for your love and support!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony starts at 4:00 pm, please arrive at least 30 minutes before that time to allow time for parking and finding your seat. Please note the ceremony will be held outside. We will not be allowing people to wait inside the reception space before the ceremony begins as we need this time to prepare to walk down the aisle.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We kindly ask that our guests dress to impress in Formal or Texas formal attire to celebrate with us. We would love to see the color black be worn by our guests! However, that is completely optional. Texas formal: For men, a suit with a dress shirt, tie, and cowboy boots. Please no jeans. For women, a full-length dress or midi dress with cowboy boots. Add a cowboy hat for an accessory! Formal: For men, A dark-colored suit (black, grey, navy, or charcoal). For women, a floor-length dress, a dressy midi dress, or a dressy suit would be lovely. Please refrain from wearing the color white and jeans! Our bridesmaids will be in floor length black dresses and our groomsmen will be in black tuxes for reference! Thank you for joining us in style!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We ask that only the guests listed on the invitation join us for our special day. The number of seats we have saved in your honor will be listed on your RSVP when you type in your name. Thank you for understanding and helping us keep our celebration intimate!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We adore little ones, but to keep our day intimate, we’re inviting only the children of immediate family. This will be specified on your invitation. If there are any questions, please feel free to reach out to the couple. We would love for those with children to use our night as a date night! We thank you for your understanding!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Please note that we do not have hotel accommodations reserved for our guests. However, we would be happy to provide some recommendations for nearby hotels to make your stay comfortable.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

If you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions, please let us know at least 30 days before the wedding. We will do our best to accommodate your needs and inform the venue accordingly. Please note this is for those with specific/severe allergies and dietary restrictions.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be held at the same location, making it convenient for all our guests. Ample parking is available right in front of the venue. We look forward to celebrating with you! Our venue has a driveway at the front doors accessible to those who may need to be dropped off before parking. There are ramps for accessibility needs to the ceremony space as well as stairs. The bathrooms available to our guests do not require going up or down any stairs.

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

Yes! There will be an open bar for our guests. If you plan to drink, please have a plan in place to get home or to your next destination safely! We care deeply about you all!

Where should I sit?

Answer

The first two rows at our ceremony will be reserved for immediate family but all others are open seating. There will be designated seating for the reception and we will have a seating chart up on the day to direct you to your seat! Please do not set your belongings inside the reception space at the tables or chairs before the ceremony.

Can I take pictures?

Answer

Our ceremony will be unplugged to ensure our photographer is able to do their best work in capturing our big day. We kindly ask that you respect our wishes and keep personal devices silenced or turned off for the duration of the ceremony. We have no issue with pictures or videos being taken during the reception.

What time does the reception end?

Answer

We will be making our exit at 9pm and our vendors will promptly begin breaking down at that time.
