We got engaged in Iceland on a hike to Skaftafellsjökull glacier. It was cold and rainy but we hardly noticed. We had planned on cooking quinoa and vegetables on our camp stove for dinner but decided to celebrate over Iceland beers at a local restaurant that night instead!
