Please be sure to RSVP by September 28th, 2023!
Plus ones are welcome, just be sure to include them on your invitation/ RSVP. We want to make sure they get to eat too!
Kids are welcome! If we missed your kiddo on the invitation, be sure to include them on your RSVP or reach out to Lacey! Any child under the age of 16 must be supervised at all times per our venue contract.
"A wizard is never late. Nor is he early. He arrives precisely when he means to." But assuming none of you are wizards, 30 minutes before the ceremony begins will be just fine. :)
Just make sure your ringer is turned off before we begin. Since we know people like having photos on their phones as well, we'll have a small window of time during the ceremony so you can get your own shots ;)
Our dress code is cocktail/ dressy casual. We will be outside for the ceremony, so you may want to rethink wearing heels! The wedding will be held in October, so please be aware of Indiana's famously unpredictable weather.
The ceremony and reception will be held at the same location. Parking will be in the gravel lot once you pull into the orchard! Please, no parking in the grass.
Fruit is not to be picked by anyone, per our contract with the venue owners. Please be respectful of the orchard and its trees, as producing fruit takes great care and work. Picking fruit incorrectly could cause the trees to become less or non-productive.
Dinner will be brought to us by Johnson's BBQ. We do ask that you let the bride and groom enjoy their first meal together as newlyweds! They tend to get hangry after awhile, and there will be plenty of photo opportunities after dinner.♥
Last call for the bar is half an hour before the reception ends (10:30 PM)
