*START EARLY* (6am) Drive East through Livingston Montana via Paradise Valley (Hwy 89) to enter Yellowstone National Park through the Northern Entrance in Gardiner Montana. Drive Northeast through the Northern Range of the park to explore the "Serengeti of the West" and look for wildlife along the way. Lamar Valley will be blanketed in a canvas of bison, pronghorn and coyotes will fill the foreground, mountains in the distance. If you prefer to explore the other wild wonders Yellowstone has to offer, enter the park South via Big Sky (Hwy 191) to enter through the town of West Yellowstone. This will take you directly towards the most famed feature of Yellowstone, "Old Faithful." From here you can explore other geothermal wonders such as "Grand Prismatic" and the "Paint Pots." Don't forget to visit one of Gab's favorite places- The Lower Yellowstone Falls via "Artist's Point." If you don't want to drive, book a "Best Of" or "Wildlife" tour with YSC, the company Gabrielle works for.

Grizzly & Wolf Discovery Center

201 South Canyon Street, West Yellowstone, MT 59758

For kids and adults alike! Observe grizzly bears, wovles, otters, and raptors at this incredible not-for-profit animal sanctuary. It is truly one of a kind. Educational experiences provide a foundation as to why the animals are there and how we can be better stewards of the outdoors to protect the wildlife we share space with. Viewing habitats are incredibly close for the most interactive experience possible. If you have kiddos, look into the "Keeper Kids' program online or call the Sanctuary- kids can hide the treats in the enclosure for the animals for behavior enrichment and observe the animals locate them. *NOTE* If you are traveling to Yellowstone via Hwy 191 and the West Yellowstone Entrance, this would be an excellent add on after your. visit to the park.
