Are our kids welcome?

Answer

While we love the kids in our lives, our ceremony and reception is an adults-only event. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time to leave the kids at home.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We look forward to seeing our nearest and dearest dressed to impress in Coastal Cocktail Attire. Think summer dresses, colorful jumpsuits, bright jackets and slacks. There is no bride at this special wedding, so whites and creams are also on the table! Keep weather in mind! It will be August and we will be by the water. Our ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside and our reception will be inside.

Are the ceremony and reception at the same place?

Answer

Yes! The entire wedding will be celebrated at Amarante’s Sea Cliff.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

There is plenty of parking in a lot at the venue. Located immediately in front of the ballroom for ease of access.

What’s the timeline?

Answer

Our ceremony will start at 6:00 in the evening on the lawn. Immediately following our vows, we will move up to cocktail hour on the back deck. After that, we will move inside to the ballroom for dinner and dancing.

I’m visiting from out of town and would love to explore the area. What should I do?

Answer

The CT shoreline is truly a beautiful place with so much to do, eat, drink, and see! Please see our “Things to Do” tab for all kinds of activities!
