Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by no later than August 22nd. If you do not plan to attend the reception and only plan to attend the ceremony please just RSVP ceremony only so that we can ensure the caterer has the correct number for the reception.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi-Formal Attire is requested. We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! Plus there will be plenty of opportunities for photo-ops!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We have a firm guest list to remain on budget and to ensure that we are surrounded by our family and friends on our special day, therefore please keep guests limited to those allowed with your RSVP. If you received a plus one or additional guest(s) they will appear when you enter your name to RSVP.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love the little ones!! However, children under the age of 12 will be unable to attend. Please use this as a date night to enjoy and let loose. The only exception will be to our Bridal Party who have children under the age of 12.

Where will the reception take place?

Answer

Both our ceremony and reception will be taking place the the wedding venue. Address and details are listed here on our site and on the wedding invitation.

What should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be greatly missed but we understand that life happens. If you cannot attend please indicate your regrets on the RSVP tab so that we can plan accordingly.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! You may locate the hotel recommendations under the Travel tab here on the site.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes there is plenty of parking and the venue staff will be ready to transport any guests who need assistance via golf cart to the ceremony site.

Can I bring my own adult beverage?

Answer

No need. We will have an open bar. Due to the venue policy you are not allowed to bring other alcoholic beverages on the premises.

Will there be security?

Answer

Yes we will have security as required by the venue due to the serving of alcohol.

Will there be food?

Answer

Of course! For the reception we have chosen a menu of Chicken Cordon Bleu, Mashed Potatoes, Green Beans and a Garden Salad and Rolls. There will also be Tea, Water, Soda available.
