Please RSVP no later than September 1st. It is important we get our final head counts to our vendors in advance.
We are only able to accommodate guests who are formally invited on our wedding invitation. When you RSVP, only invited guest names will appear. Thank you for understanding!
We don't want your little ones to be the reason you can't join us for our special day, so children are welcome to attend. That said, if childcare is available, we would love for you to take the opportunity to enjoy a fun, relaxing evening with us. We want all of our guests, parents included, to be able to celebrate, dance, and fully enjoy the festivities.
Welcome Event: Western Chic Attire Think cowboy hats, denim, fringe, boots, and western-inspired flair. Have fun with it, we'd love to see your country-chic style! Wedding Day: Semi-Formal Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses. Given the mountain setting and cooler evening temperatures, long dresses, jackets, wraps, and layers are recommended.
October in Idaho Springs is beautiful but can be unpredictable. Daytime temperatures are typically in the mid-50s to low-60s, while evenings can cool into the 30s and 40s. We recommend bringing layers and a jacket, especially for the evening. The reception tent will be heated, there will be outdoor heat lamps and a fire pit available throughout the evening, and once the dancing gets started inside the tent, things should warm up quickly.
Yes! A shuttle will be available from Golden, Colorado, providing transportation to and from the venue. If you plan to use the shuttle, we recommend staying in Golden or West Denver. Shuttle service will pick up guests from SpringHill Suites by Marriott Denver West/Golden at 3:30 PM and return guests to the same hotel at 11:45 PM. If you plan to utilize the shuttle service please indicate this on your RSVP. Please note: If you plan to drive to the venue, overnight parking is not permitted, so be sure to arrange transportation accordingly. Uber and Lyft ride options are not reliable due to limited availability and spotty service in the mountains.
