For tennis players, we'll have a tennis activity at the Waldorf Astoria's tennis center late Friday morning. Please contact Dick Courtney (David's father) in advance if you are interested in playing tennis so that he can reserve your place and provide you with details on specific timing and the format for play. Optional: Golf Outing

9:30 am - 5:30 pm

Standard resort golf attire

Join us for a memorable day of golf at El Dorado Golf & Beach Club, one of Cabo's premier private courses. Access to the club is graciously being provided by Greg Chabolla, a longtime friend of David's who is both a member and homeowner there. Limited to twelve golfers, the day includes green fees and post-round cocktails courtesy of David Courtney. Group transportation from the Waldorf Astoria to El Dorado is provided at 9:30am, with return transportation at 5:00pm. Golf equipment rentals are available at El Dorado. Resort Casual

Group transportation between the Waldorf Astoria resort and El Huerto restaurant will be provided. Plan to meet at the resort's terrace lobby at 10:30am. We plan to be back at the Waldorf Astoria resort by about 1:15pm.

Optional: Spa Treatments

1:30 pm - 5:30 pm

We've reserved ten treatment slots at the Waldorf Astoria Spa for our group. Choose from five 90-minute slots at 1:30pm and five at 3:30pm. Contact the Waldorf Astoria concierge or spa directly to book your treatment, mentioning you're with the "Grossman/Courtney" wedding group. Cocktails & Dinner

7:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Attire: Resort festive! The evening will have a Mexican fiesta theme.

Friday evening's event is a lively Mexican fiesta to celebrate our wonderful family and friends. We encourage you to wear your most fun and festive resort attire, and to meet others who you may not already know. We think you'll meet some really interesting and dynamic people! We'll be serving cocktails and appetizers, together with a full dinner, accompanied by live music. Enjoy!!

Wedding Ceremony

5:30 pm - 6:00 pm

Attire: Resort elegant (FYI: the groom and groomsmen are wearing linen suits without ties; the bridesmaids are wearing full-length satin dresses)

The big event! Our ceremony will begin at 5:30pm on the resort's lobby terrace, overlooking the beach and the Pacific Ocean. Please plan to arrive between 5:00pm and 5:20pm to be seated by our ushers.

Cocktail Reception

6:00 pm - 7:00 pm

Immediately following our wedding ceremony, you are invited to a cocktail reception at El Farallon restaurant (a short walk from our wedding ceremony location). Champagne, tequila, and cocktails will be served along with passed appetizers. Ladies: It's important to note that the walkway and outdoor floor at El Farallon restaurant is an uneven stone surface, which is not great for high heels! We suggest that you bring an extra pair of flat, comfortable shoes or sandals with you to the cocktail reception and dinner to change into.

Dinner & Dancing

7:00 pm - 11:45 pm

Immediately following the cocktail reception, at 7:00pm we'll enjoy a sit-down dinner under the stars between the beautiful cliffs and waves at El Farallon. Dancing to follow!
