Space is limited but we would love to have as many of you as possible spend the weekend at the Hassayampa, so call in soon as you know you'll be joining us. There are also several other hotels in town if needed, such as the Hilton Garden Inn, Springhill Suites by Marriott, The Grand Highland, and Hotel St. Michael. All four are within walking distance of our venue as well as all the restaurants, shops, and pubs in downtown Prescott.

Shuttle from Phoenix Airport to Prescott

Groome Transportation provides a shuttle service directly from Phoenix Sky Harbor to Prescott, making the trip easy to do without a rental car. Once in Prescott, there are plenty of restaurants and accommodations within walking distance of downtown.

Carpooling Encouraged

We encourage riding with friends and family to the ceremony site, just 10 minutes from the reception venue. Parking is first come first serve, with an overflow option at a trailhead just down the road.
