Thumb Butte Recreation Area

A short but steep hike in the pines leading to a nice view of Prescott. Does not take more than an hour.
Granite Basin Recreation Area

Recreation area offering a trail up Granite Mountain for those interested in a long hike, as well as a small lake to stroll around in the pines.
