Shuttles are provided for all guests at the Vail Welcome Center, Lionshead Welcome Center, and DoubleTree Highline Hotel at 2 pm. Please locate the shuttle pick-up location closest to your weekend accommodations. The road is not paved, so it can be a little rough—however, four-wheel drive is not necessary. Please prepare for a 45 minute shuttle ride.

Cocktail Attire: Cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits for women. Dress shirts, jackets, slacks and ties optional for men. Sweaters, jackets, and comfortable shoes are encouraged!
Ceremony will start promptly at 3:30pm followed by a Cocktail Hour, Dinner, and a night of dancing! Piney River Ranch is located 9,350 feet above sea level please come prepared for 'mountain weather' and drink plenty of water!
