We will arrange a pick up from downtown Bangkok (location TBD) to Hua Hin Charras Bhawan on Friday, 6 February 2026 around noon. Please note: We will provide this private van transfer only once. If the noon Friday pickup from Bangkok does not work with your schedule, we suggest using the options below. Alternative options: Happy Taxi: fixed rates (~2,000–2,800 THB depending on vehicle) https://www.bangkok-huahintaxi.com Grab Taxi: app-based service (iOS & Android), ~1,800–2,500 THB per ride.

To make it easy and stress-free, we’ll have a shuttle service using a green “rod song taew” (a Thai-style open-air bus) running between the main hotel (Best Western Plus Carapace Hotel) and Charras Bhawan on both days of the celebration: 📅 Friday, 6 February 2026 – Welcome Dinner Shuttle service from 15:00 – 22:00 Runs between the hotel and Charras Bhawan for the beachfront welcome dinner. 📅 Saturday, 7 February 2026 – Wedding Day Shuttle runs all day starting at 10:00 AM until 1:00 AM. You’re welcome to come earlier in the day and relax at the private beach of Charras Bhawan before the festivities. Ceremony begins at 16:00 sharp — please plan to catch an earlier shuttle so you’re comfortably on time.
