Please send in your RSVP's by July 26th. This will allow us to finalize numbers with our vendors for the big day!
Western Semi-Formal: No jeans, block heels recommended. Cowboy boots and hats encouraged!
Provided transportation is available, but if you plan to drive yourself, please arrive between 4:00 pm and 4:15 pm as the ceremony will start promptly at 4:30 pm.
Yes, we have reserved buses for the wedding. One bus to the ranch from the hotel will leave at 3:15 pm for guests that RSVP'd yes. We will have multiple buses back to the hotel at the night's end starting around 9:30 pm.
The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors and the reception inside the barn. We recommend bringing a light jacket or sweater just in case.
As much as we love all of the children in our lives, we have decided that our wedding will be for adults only except for the children we have selected to be in the wedding. We understand that for those of you with kids, it is a lot to ask to leave them at home, especially if you are traveling from out of state. If you choose to bring them on your trip, Denver has many great options for sitters/nannies who will come to the hotel and spend the evening with them while you celebrate with us worry-free! We suggest checking out www.Care.com and www.abcnannies.com to plan for 9/7.
If your formal invitation says "and guest" or a second name, please feel free to bring a date!
Yes! Please check the travel page for the link to the hotel room block. There are 25 rooms reserved each night for our guests from 9/6-9/8. Rooms must be booked before 8/6 to get the special room block rate.
