What airport should I fly into?

Answer

Guest should fly into Providenciales International Airport (PLS), which is approximately 15-20 minutes from the resort.

Do I need a passport?

Answer

Yes, a valid passport is required for travel to Turks & Caicos. We recommend checking your expiration date early to ensure its valid for travel.

When should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend arriving by Thursday afternoon December 10th or no later than Friday December 11th by 2PM to enjoy the welcome party beach bonfire the 11th at 5PM.

When should I depart?

Most accomodations require a 10am check out, we recommend an afternoon departure flight 12pm or later.

Is transportation provided from the airport?

Answer

Taxis are readily available at the airport and the average cost from PLS to the Wymara is $20-30 for 2 people.

Do I need a rental car?

Answer

You do not need a rental car unless you plan to explore the island outside of the wedding weekend activities. If you choose to rent a car, be mindful that TCI drive on the opposite side of the road.

Early December in the TCI is typically warm, breezy and beautiful- perfect beach weather. Expect warm days with temperatures in the 80s and evenings to range between high/low 70s with comfortable ocean breezes after sunsets.

What should I wear to the Welcome Party?

Answer

The Welcome Party dress code is Coastal Casual/Beach Chic. Think elevated resort wear that feels comfortable and relaxed for an evening bonfire by the ocean. Please keep in mind the event will take place outdoors, so we suggest light weight fabrics, and sandals or comfortable footwear. Ocean breezes can pick up after sunset, so a light layer is also a good idea.

What should I wear to the Ceremony/Reception?

The wedding dress code is Coastal Formal. We invite guest to embrace elevated island inspired by the tropical setting and oceanfront atmosphere. Think formal, lightweight for an evening celebration by the water. Both events will take place outdoors, so we encourage guest to dress comfortably for warm weather & ocean breezes.

How do I get to the Ceremony & Reception?
