When should I RSVP by?

Answer

As soon as possible. Please be sure to RSVP by May 21st so we can make proper accommodations.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony starts promptly at 5pm Central. The doors will open for guests at 4pm Central.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Our dish selections for the reception are Cajun and Louisiana favorites. Though some dishes may have shellfish seafood, we do have an option for chicken for those who maybe allergic to seafood.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

I don’t have an invitation, may I still attend?

Answer

All are welcome to attend the wedding ceremony, but the wedding reception is reserved for those who have traveled in town for the wedding. Please note that we will be monitoring attendance of the wedding ceremony in order to open the reception to all. But for now, those who have RSVP’d for the wedding reception will be able to attend.

May I bring a guest with me to the wedding reception?

Answer

When you RSVP, you will be able to see all seats accounted for your party and select your meals for each person in your party.
