What is the dress code for the wedding?
Answer
Dress Code: Cocktail Attire For men, a suit and tie or a dress shirt with slacks is perfect, no tuxedo necessary. For women, cocktail dresses, midi or knee‑length dresses, dressy separates, or an elegant jumpsuit are all great choices. Since the venue includes outdoor paths and natural terrain, we recommend shoes with a flat sole or a lower, wider heel (something comfortable for walking among the trees and dancing the night away!)

Will the Wedding venue be indoor or outdoor?
Answer
The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors, surrounded by nature. Dinner and dancing will be held indoors. Since we’ve reserved the entire property, guests are welcome and encouraged to explore the beautiful outdoor grounds throughout the celebration. You can find a venue map in the Gallery section. Will transportation to or from the wedding venue be provided?
Answer
Yes, we will provide shuttle transportation at the end of the night. For the trip TO the venue, we highly encourage everyone to take a rideshare (Uber/Lyft), as drivers can drop off at Nestldown reliably. However, because of the venue's mountain location, rideshares are unavailable for pickup at the end of the evening. To ensure everyone gets back safely, departure shuttles will leave the venue at approximately 9:45 PM and will drop off at two locations: - Best Western Inn of Los Gatos (For hotel drop-off) - Guildhouse (For the after-party in downtown San Jose) Both drop-off spots will make it easy to catch a Uber or Lyft to your final destination. *Can I drive to the venue instead?* While parking is available at Nestldown, all vehicles must exit the property by 10:00 PM sharp to allow for vendor teardown. Because cars cannot be left overnight and the lot must clear out promptly, we strongly recommend using the rideshare-to-shuttle plan.

Is there parking available at the wedding venue?
Answer
Yes! Nestldown has on-site parking available to our guests. Guests will be able to park directly at the venue, and carpooling is encouraged. All vehicles must exit the property by 10:00 p.m. as the parking lot will be needed for vendor teardown promptly at that time. If you prefer not to drive or plan to drink, we suggest taking rideshare to the venue and using one of the shuttles to return to Downtown Los Gatos/After-Party location.

Will There Be Accessibility Accommodations at the Venue?
Answer
Absolutely. For guests with mobility concerns, a golf cart shuttle will be available to transport you directly to the back of the Chapel, bypassing the stairs. The shuttle will remain in service throughout the evening to assist with travel between different areas of the venue.

Can I Bring a Plus-One to the wedding?
Answer
Due to venue capacity and our carefully curated guest list, we’re only able to accommodate plus-ones for those whose invitation specifically includes one. If your invite or RSVP form lists a guest by name or says “and guest,” we’d love to welcome them! Otherwise, we kindly ask that you attend solo.

Are children invited to the wedding?
Answer
While we love your little ones, we’re only able to accommodate the children specifically named on the invitation, which are those who will be participating in the ceremony. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you!
