We have arranged for preferred rates at The Hotel at Kirkwood. It is a beautiful hotel and convenient to all wedding weekend activities.  The Class Act restaurant is fantastic, and the bar has a great happy hour!  We highly recommend booking soon. The following rates are available now through Friday, May 29, 2026, and while availability lasts: 𝗥𝗼𝗼𝗺𝘀 • Standard & Deluxe Rooms: $159/ night + tax • Executive Suite: $219/ night + tax • Presidential Suite: $279/ night + tax Rates available June 18, 19 and 20. 𝗕𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 Rooms can only be booked by calling The Hotel at Kirkwood at 319-848-8700 or 877-751-5111.  Inform the hotel you are with the Brunscheen/Pientok Wedding Block. 𝗖𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗣𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗰𝘆 Rooms can be cancelled up to 48 hours prior to their reservation. The guest that makes the reservation must be the one that calls and cancels. 𝗣𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲, 𝗯𝗼𝗼𝗸 𝗮𝘀 𝘀𝗼𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝘀 𝗽𝗼𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲!

Shuttle Information

Shuttle transportation will be provided to/from The Hotel at Kirkwood to/from the Midnight Gem.  There is parking at the Midnight Gem, so the shuttle is completely optional. It is about a 10 minute drive.
