Question
What should I wear?
Answer
We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up with us, so wear something nice! No jeans please. The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside (weather permitting) so please plan accordingly.

What time should I arrive?
Answer
Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes before the ceremony starts to give yourself time to get settled and seated. If we can get the ceremony started on time, then we can have plenty of time to celebrate and party afterwards!

Can my children come?
Answer
Your invitation will specify if your children are invited or not. As much as we love your kiddos, we prefer that couples take the night off from their kids. Think of it as a nice date night!

Will there be transportation to the venue?
Answer
There will be a shuttle bus to and from the Cambria Hotel and the venue. Please be ready at the hotel by 4PM if you plan to utilize the shuttle to transport you to the venue. The wedding venue has ample parking if you choose to drive your own vehicle, but please note any vehicle left overnight must be picked up by 9AM the next morning.

What if I can't come to the wedding?

Well, that’s a bummer – you will surely be missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP ‘NO’ so we can plan accordingly!

Can I bring a guest/plus one?
Answer
We have addressed the invitations to the people we would love to come. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Please ensure that you are RSVP’ing for yourself and your guest!

Answer
Please note there is construction on Hwy 22 heading North to Harvest Moon Pond. Just North of where Hwy 51 & Hwy 22 split, the road is closed as they are adding a roundabout there. We suggest taking Hwy 51 towards Arlington and Poynette and then take a right onto Loveland Rd to get back on to Hwy 22 OR take Hwy 51 to CS and then back over to Hwy 22. If you put Harvest Moon Pond in your GPS it will get you there just fine :)

What's for Dinner?
Answer
We will have Mission BBQ for dinner -served buffet style. There will be Pulled Pork, Pulled Chicken, and Sliced Brisket as well as a variety of sides (Mac n Cheese, Coleslaw, Baked Beans, and Cheesy Potatoes). Yummm
