If you couldn’t make it at 2pm, come join us after our rehearsal dinner!

Ceremony

4:00 pm - 4:30 pm

Oystercatchers is located on the Grand Hyatt property. There will be a shuttle provided to guests from the lobby. Additionally, you are able to park at Oystercatchers if you prefer. If you miss the shuttle or if you would rather, please be prepared to walk 0.5 miles down the shaded boardwalk path. Self-parking is available in the garage for those staying off property. Overnight parking is complimentary if you wish to Uber home. Please ensure you arrive on time and allow for plenty of time to get to Oystercatchers. We will begin the ceremony promptly at 4:00pm.

Cocktail Hour

4:30 pm - 5:30 pm

Cocktail hour is an open bar with passed hors d'oeuvres. At 5:30pm, guests will be shuttled to the hotel lobby for the reception. If you miss the shuttle or if you would rather, please be prepared to walk 0.5 miles down the shaded boardwalk path. If you choose to walk, you must arrive at the reception by 6:00pm.

Shuttles, Sunsets & Selfies

5:30 pm - 6:00 pm

Oystercatchers is located on the gulf. As you wait for the shuttle, we encourage you to take as many sunset photos as possible! If you miss the shuttle or if you would rather, please be prepared to walk 0.5 miles down the shaded boardwalk path. If you choose to walk, you must arrive at the reception by 6:00pm.

Reception

6:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.

Formal announcements will begin at 6:00pm. There will be Open Bar, Appetizers, Salads, Plated Dinner & Dancing!
