Hiddenbrooke Hills 1095 Hiddenbrooke Pkwy, Vallejo, CA 94591
Ceremony will begin at 5:00pm. Please plan to arrive about 20 minutes early so you have enough time to find parking and a seat. Once the ceremony has started, no one will be permitted until the ceremony ends.
Yes! There will be a cocktail hour immediately after the ceremony followed by the reception.
Our ceremony will be outdoors as long as the weather permits. The cocktail hour and reception will take place indoors.
While we do not have a room block, we recommend sites such as booking.com, Expedia, Priceline, hotels.com, AirBnB or VRBO to find lodging. We recommend staying in Concord, Pleasant Hill, Martinez or Walnut Creek side of Concord. While it may seem easier to stay in Vallejo near the venue, you'll end up having to cross the Benicia bridge not once, but multiple times (especially if you plan to go site seeing to places such as San Francisco or Santa Cruz). By staying on the Concord, Pleasant Hill or Walnut Creek side, you'll only need to pass the bridge once (on the wedding day). For those that do not have a fastrak: You will receive a bill in the mail for the $7.00 toll (there's a huge red bar across the envelope to try and scare you but it's just a bill). To pay, please go to https://www.bayareafastrak.org and click on "Pay Toll & Violations".
Due to venue restrictions, RSVP cards will indicate how many seats are reserved for you. Based off the number of seats reserved, please let us know how many people are adults and kids. Example: RSVP will say "We have reserved 3 seats for you." Next line you will write "2 adults, 1 kid"
Our venue requires us to give a final count in order to provide enough seats and food for everyone who will be celebrating with us. If you do not RSVP, we will assume that you are unable to attend. If you do show up and did not RSVP, please bring a chair and sandwich for yourself.
Things happen! If you lose the RSVP card, you may reach out to Phuong or her mother, Trinh Duong so you can make sure you're added to the guest list. Please RSVP by January 12, 2024!
Yes! We have a few members of the family who are on the younger side and would not want them to miss out. We also do not want you to feel the pressure of finding a babysitter if you do not have the resources. Although it should not need to be said, please make sure you keep an eye out on your kids.
We'd like if our guest looked their best! Dressy casual or semi-formal is great and we want to be comfortable in your attire. We just ask to please not dress as if you rolled yourself out of bed. That means no sweat pants.
SECOND UPDATE 3/15/2024: Due to unforeseen circumstances, the bar will be a full cash bar so please make sure you bring cash or card to purchase alcoholic drinks. We apologize for the inconvenience. UPDATE: 1/17/2024: Hosted drinks include soda, juice, tea and coffee. Due to limitations, we are still in negotiation with our venue about our possibilities if the ticket idea for alcoholic drinks does not work out. As of right now, please make sure you bring funds for alcoholic drinks. --------------------------------------------------------------------- We will provide each adult with one drink ticket for the first round as a thank you for coming! After that, it will be a cash bar so please bring funds if you plan to have additional libations. We're all adults here but as a reminder, please drink responsibly. If you need an Uber, please let us know and we will make sure you get home safely.
We will be serving food buffet-style, so you can pick what you'd like to eat.
Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift of all. However, should you wish to honor us with a gift, a wishing well will be available at the reception for your contribution and best wishes. You may also send your contribution via Venmo. Please click on the "Registry" tab for more information.
