Please aim to arrive between 3:30PM and 3:45PM. Guests should be seated by 3:50PM. The ceremony begins promptly at 4:00PM. Please note that once the bridal procession begins, latecomers will be unable to enter the ceremony space, and will be directed to the location of the cocktail hour. We appreciate your understanding.
Ceremony is outdoors in the East Garden. Cocktail hour and reception is held indoors in the East Wing. If weather changes, guests will be moved to the The Heritage House for the ceremony.
We kindly ask guests to dress in black-tie or formal attire. The ceremony will be outdoors on paved ground, so heels are perfectly fine. We also ask that guests avoid wearing white or red to avoid clashing with the bride!
Only guests listed on your invitation are invited. Thank you for understanding.
The celebration is adults-only unless otherwise specified on your invitation.
Your presence is truly the greatest gift. If you would like to honour us with a present, we are saving for our honeymoon and would deeply appreciate a contribution toward that experience. Gifts can be given in cash or cheque on the wedding day, or sent by e-transfer. If you’d prefer to e-transfer, please feel free to contact Phoebe or Gavin for the email. Thank you so much for your generosity.
Parking available on-site. Overnight parking is allowed. We don’t want anyone driving under the influence. However, please ensure to pick up your cars first thing in the morning, The Arlington Estate opens at 9 a.m.
