We hope you enjoy your weekend in Schenectady. We've included many options for shopping, family activities, and other places to check out in the Capital District below.
Schenectady Greenmarket

Schenectady Greenmarket

105 Jay Street, Schenectady, NY 12305

The Schenectady Green Market is a year-round Farmers Market. During the spring it will be in the streets surrounding Schenectady City Hall. This is one of our favorite ways to get out and enjoy the weather, downtown Schenectady, and local food. The Market is open 10:00 am - 2:00 pm.

Honest Weight Food Co-op

Honest Weight Food Co-op

100 Watervliet Avenue, Albany, NY 12206

Honest Weight Food Co-op started out as a bulk foods buying club back in 1976 and has one of the largest bulk food sections in the northeast. We love the cost savings we get when buying seeds, herbs, spices, and loose leaf teas in bulk. The co-op also has plenty of fresh produce, ready to eat meal options, and fun personal care items (also available in bulk).
