Additionally, all guests staying at the Comfort Inn & Suites will have a shuttle service available to them to transport them to and from the wedding venue. We HIGHLY encourage our out of town guests to utilize this service so that everyone can have a safe & fun night helping us celebrate! SHUTTLE SERVICE SCHEDULE: Ceremony Shuttle Service 2:30-3:40. The shuttle will run every 20 minutes transporting guests to the venue for the wedding. The hotel's shuttle can only transport approximately 15 people at a time. Please plan to arrive to venue early. The shuttle will meet guests out front of the hotel. The last shuttle pick up will be at 3:40. Reception Shuttle Service The shuttle will drop guests back off at the hotel on the hour at 7, 8, 9, and 10PM. The last pick up from Scenic Sites venue will be at 10pm. Guests wanting to return to the hotel should meet the shuttle service outside of the front entrance of Scenic Sites venue.
