While we love your little ones, this will be an adults-only celebration. We hope you enjoy a fun night out with us!

Will the wedding be outdoors?

Answer

Yes! The wedding ceremony will be held outdoors as well as a brief cocktail hour before the ceremony. The ceremony will be on grass so please be sure to take that into consideration for shoe choice. The reception and after party will be held indoors.

What time should I arrive at Cherry Hills Country Club to take the trolley to the Ceremony location?

Answer

The trolleys will begin to take guests from Cherry Hills Country Club to the ceremony location at 3:30 pm to give guests time to arrive and enjoy a brief cocktail hour. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 pm.

Can I drive to the ceremony and reception location?

Answer

We recommend utilizing the trolleys to get to and from the ceremony location as there can be heavy traffic and limited parking. However, if you prefer to drive there will be valet at the ceremony location. You may arrive at the ceremony location as early as 3:30 pm. There is open parking at the club and if needed, you may leave your car at the club overnight.

May I take photos during the Ceremony?

We have a fantastic photographer who will be capturing the wedding ceremony so we kindly ask guests to refrain from taking photos during the ceremony.

What is the cell phone policy at Cherry Hills Country Club?

Answer

There is a strict no cell phone policy when in public spaces at the club. Please limit your phone usage to inside the ballroom or please step outside to take a call if needed.

What can I do to prepare for the higher elevation?

Answer

Denver is located 5,280 feet above sea level, so please be sure to stay hydrated! Drinking water will help with acclimating to the elevation. If you are coming from out of town, please be mindful of alcohol consumption as this can worsen altitude sickness symptoms.
