Question

What is the Parking Situation?

Answer

Manchester State Park requires a Discover Pass or a day pass for each vehicle to enter the park. To eliminate extra costs, it is best to carpool with family to the park. This way you get to enjoy a scenic drive with your family and we can take care of the park admission fee for each vehicle. Parking spots are first come, first served so if you have a large family, please try to condense the number of vehicles.

Question

What if I Don't Have a Discover Pass?

Answer

No problem! When you arrive at the park, please let the staff know you are attending the Moore/Haack wedding and they will provide you with a day pass for your vehicle.

Question

What is the Easiest Way to Get to the Ceremony Location?

Answer

Family and friends coming from the Seattle or Burien area, we recommend taking either the Fauntleroy to Southworth ferry or the downtown Seattle to Bremerton ferry. Manchester is a 15 minute drive from the Southworth ferry dock and a 40 minute drive from the Bremerton ferry dock.

Question

Should I Bring a Jacket or Comfy Shoes?

Answer

Yes! The ceremony is covered, but it is open air and the reception is outside in the grass so bring a light sweater and your comfy dancing shoes.

Question

Are Kids Invited?

Answer

Due to the venue and space, we recommend taking a night off and enjoying an adults only night out!

For all the days along the way
