Wedding Guests Begin to Check in at Playacar Palace!

Wedding guests will be checking in Saturday 2/19, Sunday 2/20 and Monday 2/21 before the big day Tuesday. Plenty of time to enjoy all the beautiful resort and downtown Playa Del Carmen have to offer! See below for group events starting Monday 2/21!

Rehearsal Dinner for Bridal Party & Immediate Family (Off Site)

Cocktail attire, but no ties necessary
The bridal party and immediate family participating in the ceremony rehearsal will gather for a celebratory dinner. Meet in the lobby between 5:40-5:45pm and a shuttle will take all of us to Alux Restaurant Bar and Lounge in downtown Playa Del Carmen, just a quick 8 minute ride. The shuttle will stay there and be ready to take us back to Playacar Palace as soon as we are done with dinner. Most likely around 8:30pm.
Welcome Drinks! (When bridal party returns from Rehearsal Dinner)

We invite everyone to join us for after dinner drinks to kick the weekend off right! Please join us at the pool bar around 8:30/8:45, we will be just returning from the rehearsal dinner and will be looking forward to welcoming everybody to the Playacar Palace!

Our Ceremony
5:00 pm - 5:30 pm
Join us for our sunset wedding ceremony, on the "Cielo Terrace", the raised area of the main pool deck, just off the lobby.
Cocktail Hour
5:45 pm - 6:45 pm
The resort staff will direct everyone where they need to go for cocktail hour (Momo Terrace) as they flip the ceremony area for our reception as it will be in the same spot. The wedding party and family will be taking group photos during this hour.

7:00 pm - 10:00 pm
Get ready to eat, drink and GET DOWN party people!
After Party

Here's the thing. We don't have a designated after party location, but we are at an all inclusive resort, therefore we will find the bar that is serving drinks the latest and bring the party there! It will most likely be in the "Sports Bar" area.

Farewell Brunch
